I was about to make regular tuna salad and crackers for lunch when I saw the cranberries glaring at me. I immediately wondered how they would taste in tuna and ta-daaa here it is. Try my recipe, hope you like!
Ingredients:
1 can solid albacore tuna fish
1 Tbs low-fat mayo (any mayo will do)
Dash of salt and pepper
Dried cranberries
*optional
1 tsp finely chopped onions
1 small basil leaf finely chopped
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and eat it up with wheat crackers
You can also add more mayo if you desire! I actually used less than a Tbs. But that is just my preference.
