If you like Cauliflower....then try this recipe

The picture says it all!!!!! Yummmmmmy. So without much words to even describe hop on over to Whisk and try out this delighful Cream of Cauliflower Soup aka Velouté Du Barry. The latter just tickles me because it reminds me of this guy that lived in my dorm building who (while my roomies and I were in the kitchen) made leeks and grits with his girlfriend..hummm. Can anyone guess his name?
